Software — EZ POS

The till that files your invoices for you.

Counter sales, FBR-compliant receipts, and a stock count that updates itself — built for a business where the sale happens face to face.

Who it’s for

EZ POS is built for retail counters and restaurant floors where a sale happens face to face — a grocery till, a boutique counter, a restaurant floor with dine-in and takeaway moving at once. If you're currently running an unintegrated cash register, a notebook, or an older POS that doesn't file FBR-compliant invoices, this is the direct replacement. It isn't built for e-commerce checkout or subscription billing — if that's your model, EZ Books running behind your existing storefront is the better fit.

What it does

FBR-compliant receipts, automatically

Every receipt carries the invoice number and detail FBR requires, without your cashier doing anything differently at the till.

Keeps selling when the internet drops

Sales queue locally during an outage and sync the moment the connection returns, in the order they happened — nothing is lost, nothing doubles up.

One catalogue, every till, always in sync

Change a price once and it's live at every counter within seconds — no more chasing down a till that's still charging last month's rate.

Nothing to re-key at month-end

Every sale posts into EZ Books the moment the till drawer closes, so your bookkeeper is working from today's numbers, not a bag of receipts.

Know exactly who rang up what

Each staff member logs in under their own name with their own permissions, so a discount or a void is always traceable to a person, not a shared terminal.

Split bills and mixed tenders without friction

Part cash, part card, split three ways across a restaurant table — handled at the till in the same number of taps as a single payment.

Stock ticks down the moment you sell

Paired with EZ ERP, every sale deducts from the right branch's stock in real time, so a low-stock warning means something when it fires.

Integrations

EZ Books
Every sale posts automatically — no export, no import, no re-keying at month-end.
EZ ERP
Stock deducts from the selling branch in real time when both are running together.
EZ CRM
A customer's purchase history feeds into their CRM record automatically when you tie a sale to an account.

What you’ll need

  • A till device per counter — a tablet or a low-spec PC both work
  • A thermal receipt printer (80mm, the common retail size)
  • A barcode scanner, if you're selling packaged or labelled stock
  • An internet connection is recommended but not required — see offline mode above

Pricing

Priced per till, per month. What actually moves the number — transaction volume, number of branches, whether you're also running EZ ERP or EZ Books — is on the Pricing page, or ask directly on a demo call.

Getting started

  1. 01

    Hardware and catalogue setup

We load your product catalogue and prices, and confirm your till hardware and printer are talking to each other correctly.

    2–4 business days

  2. 02

    Staff training at the till

Counter staff run through real transactions — sales, voids, splits, refunds — until it's second nature, not a manual they have to check.

    Half a day, on-site

  3. 03

    Parallel run

EZ POS runs alongside your existing till so you can compare totals before switching over completely.

    3–5 days

  4. 04

    Full go-live

Your old till comes out. We stay reachable through your first month-end close on the new system.

Ongoing, closely watched for the first month
