Software — EZ ERP
Stock across every branch, on one screen.
Purchase orders, batch and expiry, and inter-branch transfers — built for a business that's already outgrown a spreadsheet.
Who it’s for
EZ ERP is built for distributors and multi-branch retailers managing stock in more than one place at once — a warehouse feeding three shops, a wholesaler tracking batches with expiry dates, a business that's stopped trusting the spreadsheet everyone's supposed to update. If you're running a single counter with one stockroom, EZ POS's built-in stock count is probably enough on its own — EZ ERP earns its place once branches or batches enter the picture.
What it does
Stock across every branch, on one screen
See what's sitting in each location without calling around or waiting for someone to send an end-of-day count.
A low-stock warning before you're actually out
Thresholds are set per product, per branch, so the warning fires while there's still time to reorder — not the day a customer asks and you don't have it.
Batch and expiry tracked automatically
Every unit is tied to its batch and expiry date from the moment it's received, so what should move first actually does.
A purchase order becomes a bill without retyping
When stock arrives against a purchase order, it converts into an EZ Books bill with the same line items — no re-entering quantities or prices by hand.
Inter-branch transfers that keep a paper trail
Move stock from warehouse to shop and both sides of the transfer are recorded automatically, so nothing goes missing between the two counts.
Landed cost calculated, not guessed
Freight and duty on an incoming shipment get spread across the units it covers, so your margin per item reflects what stock actually cost to get to the shelf.
A trend line on what's actually selling
Fast and slow movers are visible per branch, so a reorder decision is based on this month's numbers, not a hunch.

Integrations
- EZ Books
- Purchase orders convert to bills and stock movements post to the ledger as they happen — stock valuation stays current, not a quarterly guess.
- EZ POS
- A sale at any till deducts from that branch's stock in real time, when both are running together.
- EZ CRM
- Current stock is visible to whoever's building a quote, so nothing gets promised that isn't actually on the shelf.
What you’ll need
- A barcode scanner per stockroom, for receiving and counting stock accurately
- A steadier internet connection than EZ POS needs — multi-branch stock sync depends on it, unlike counter sales, which queue offline
Pricing
Priced per branch, per month. Number of branches and how many SKUs you're tracking both move the number — see Pricing, or ask directly on a demo call.

- 02
Branch and transfer rules set up
We configure who can approve a transfer or a purchase order at each branch, matched to how your business actually operates today.
2–3 days
- 03
Staff training
Whoever receives stock and runs counts works through the real process — receiving, transferring, counting — until it's routine.
Half a day per branch
- 04
Go live, branch by branch
We bring branches on one at a time rather than all at once, so any issue shows up small before it's everywhere.
