Services — CFO advisory

A CFO's eye on your numbers, monthly.

Margin, cash flow and pricing reviewed by someone who's seen the numbers before, so the decision gets made in week one.

What’s included

Included

  • Monthly review of margin, cash flow and working capital
  • Pricing and cost structure reviewed against actual results, not assumptions
  • Cash flow forecast updated monthly, with early warning on a coming shortfall
  • A bank-ready or board-ready financial summary, prepared when you need one
  • A direct answer on a specific decision — a hire, a lease, a new branch — when you ask
  • A monthly review call to walk through the numbers together

Not included

  • Day-to-day bookkeeping — this service reviews numbers someone else has already produced; see Bookkeeping
  • Fundraising or investor-deck preparation — outside this service's scope, though we can refer you
  • Company secretarial or legal work — see Company setup for incorporation-related matters
  • Guaranteed outcomes — we advise on the decision; the business risk of taking it stays yours

Who does the work

A senior advisor works from your management accounts each month. This service leans on those accounts being reliable — it works best paired with our bookkeeping, or with a bookkeeping process you already trust.

What we need from you

  • Reliable monthly management accounts to review — this doesn't replace bookkeeping, it depends on it being done well
  • Advance notice of a decision you're weighing, so we can prepare before the call, not during it
  • The ability to reach us between calls when something time-sensitive comes up

Pricing

Priced as a fixed monthly retainer, scaled to how much time your business genuinely needs — not a percentage of revenue.
