Terms of service

This site is provided to give you information about our software and services and to let you get in touch. You may not use it to submit false information, attempt to disrupt its operation, or scrape its content for commercial reuse without permission.

Use of EZ POS, EZ CRM, EZ ERP or EZ Books is governed by the specific order form or agreement signed at the start of your engagement, which sets out pricing, term, and support commitments for your account.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you or your staff enter into the software. We're responsible for the software performing as described and for keeping your data available and secure while your account is active.

We may update the software over time — adding features, fixing issues — without that requiring a new agreement, as long as the core function you signed up for isn't materially reduced.

Bookkeeping, tax filing, payroll, audit support, CFO advisory and company setup services are each scoped individually in writing before work begins, per the Services pages on this site and your specific proposal.

You're responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documents when we ask for them. Delays or errors on our side caused by incomplete or late information aren't within our control.

Advice we give is based on the information you provide and the law as it stands at the time. We'll tell you plainly when something is outside our expertise rather than guess.

Fees for software and services are as agreed in your specific order form or proposal, not the illustrative drivers described on the Pricing page. Invoices are payable on the terms stated on the invoice itself.

Either party may end a services engagement on the notice period stated in your agreement. On ending a software subscription, we'll provide a reasonable window to export your data before an account is closed.

We carry out our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to these services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim over the preceding twelve months, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute arising from them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
